Compensation Disclosure

In an effort to stay in the good graces of the FTC, here’s my official Compensation Disclosure page. It’s really simple so there’s no reason to complicate things. In a nutshell, sometimes I get payed a small fee if the visitors of my site click on a link that they see on my site. In other cases, I don’t get payed unless my visitors buy something after clicking on a link.

I’m a member of a bunch of networks that pay me for either clicks or sales of products. Some of these networks are Google Adsense, ClickBank, Plimus, and Commission junction.

I’m also a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

I don’t own any of the companies or products that you may read about on my website.

Sometimes I test the products that I write about and other times I simply do enough research to be able to write a useful article. I guess this could mean that my opinions could either be, in part or in full, influenced because I either have or will have in the future received some form of compensation as a result of the content in my articles.

I don’t manufacture or directly distribute any products or services that I write about on my website and consequently I don’t offer any guarantees or warranties for these products.

My advice would be to thoroughly read the refund policy for any products or services that you may think about purchasing after clicking on a link that you find on my website. If you don’t like the policy, don’t buy the product. As far as I’m concerned, this is pretty simple.

Please note that if you do buy something through a link that you find on my website and you have a problem with it or even if you just need some technical support, you’ll need to contact the company that actually sold you the product. Please don’t email me as there is nothing that I will be able to do for you.

This policy can and will be updated or modified at anytime without notice.
